How to find us:
Our address is Higher Aunemouth, Bantham, Kingsbridge, TQ7 3AD. what3words: robots.springing.shorthand
THE BANTHAM ROAD CAN GET VERY BUSY BETWEEN 9-11AM GOING DOWN TO THE BEACH AND 4-6PM COMING BACK FROM THE BEACH ON A WARM SUMMERS DAY. WE WOULD RECOMMEND AVOID THESE TIMES IF YOU CAN.
From the East: From the A38 take the Wrangaton Cross exit sign posted Ugborough/Bittiford/Kingsbridge. At the end of the slip road turn left on to the B3213. Follow this road to roundabout and go straight over taking the B3219 heading for Loddiswell and Kingsbridge. Take the first left after the California Cross garage towards Loddiswell. Follow this road, through Loddiswell until crossroads and turn right onto the A381 signed Plymouth. At first roundabout turn right. At next roundabout take second exit signed Bantham. Follow this road for about 2 miles and you will see Higher Aunemouth Camping on your right.
Directions from the West/Cornwall side.
Get onto the A38, exit for Bodmin/Liskeard/Plymouth. At Carminow Cross, take the 3rd exit onto A38. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Dobwalls Bypass/A38. Continue to follow A38 towards Plymouth and the Tamar Bridge (Toll). Go over the bridge and continue on the A38 for a few miles. take the Ivybridge Exit (B3213)
At this stage Satnav may direct you past Endsleigh nurseries and onto a road through ‘Westlake’ but it is an very, very narrow road so not suitable for camper vans/motorhomes, we would recommend following the signs to Ermington instead.
Go into Ermington and turn left after the speed bumps onto the A3121. (you’ll go past the primary school). At the roundabout, turn left towards Modbury. Go through Modbury and then follow signs for Aveton Gifford. Keep going straight until you get to a roundabout signposted right for Kingsbridge. Turn right and go over the bridge. Continue up the hill. At the next roundabout, turn right for Bantham
Go down the Bantham road for about 2 and a half miles and we are on the right – look out for the little wooden sign
