It's the perfect place to spend the day, whether you're in the water, exploring the rock pools or simply watching the tide roll in. During the summer months, RNLI lifeguards help make the beach a safe place for everyone to enjoy.

Bantham is one of the UK's most popular surfing beaches, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to experienced surfers. If you've always wanted to give it a go, local surf schools offer lessons and equipment hire, while experienced surfers can simply grab their board and head for the waves.
